Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz reunite to get their son Bronx a haircut in LA. The divorced parents were at Little Rockstar hair salon and both were smiling and talking as Bronx got a haircut. Both Ashlee and Pete seem to have moved on in their respective love lives, with Ashlee reportedly dating Vincent Piazza and Pete dating Meagan Camper.

The father of singers Jessica and Ashlee Simpson pleaded not guilty today to two DUI charges stemming from his arrest last month at a police checkpoint in Sherman Oaks.
Joe Simpson, 54, was charged last month with the two misdemeanor counts resulting from his Aug. 4 arrest on Ventura Boulevard near Columbus Avenue.
He was released from jail the morning after his arrest.
Simpson did not appear in Van Nuys Superior Court, and an attorney entered the plea on his behalf. An Oct. 11 date was set for a pretrial hearing.

The past two days in New York City have been a reminder that summer is officially over. It’s jacket/jeans/boots weather, and we’re not sure if we’re ready for it.

Speaking to PEOPLE over the weekend during the Fiji Summer Soak at the MGM Grand Hotel’s Wet Republic pool in Las Vegas, Simpson — dressed in a polka dot 6 Shore Road jumper and strappy sandals — explained her evolving hairstyle.
“I’ve had short hair for two years … I just decided I’m going to grow it out because I can always cut it if I don’t like it,” she shared. But that doesn’t seem to be the case just yet.
“It’s nice,” she added. “I can actually braid it and take it to another level.” And we can’t wait to see it!
